Location: Hybrid in the United Kingdom (2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Design and operate scalable AWS infrastructure leveraging EC2, EKS, ECS, RDS, S3, VPC, and Lambda.
• Drive reliability of containerized applications by managing EKS and ECS cluster operations and networking.
• Ensure stability and security of production Linux environments through system administration and performance tuning.
• Optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora) and NoSQL platforms (DynamoDB, Redis).
• Enhance platform observability using CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Lead production incident response, root cause analysis, and cloud cost optimization.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, or SRE.
• Deep hands-on experience with core AWS services and complex networking topologies.
• Production experience managing workloads on Amazon EKS and ECS, including Docker fundamentals.
• Strong Linux administration skills and proficiency in Bash or Python scripting.
• Proficiency in Terraform for IaC and Puppet for configuration management.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom to comply with the hybrid work model.
