Location: Geneva, Switzerland. Hybrid model (up to 50% remote).

What you will do

  • Lead the development and rollout of premium retail design concepts aligned with brand strategy and Travel Retail requirements.
  • Drive end-to-end project execution for permanent installations and temporary activations, managing timelines and quality.
  • Translate brand DNA into compelling retail environments to strengthen consumer engagement and visibility.
  • Partner with Brand, Travel Retail Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure commercially impactful executions.
  • Optimize project investments through effective budget management, asset reuse, and scalable design solutions.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve retail standards and the overall shopper journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Retail Design, Visual Merchandising, or Store Design, ideally within Luxury Beauty.
  • Strong understanding of the Travel Retail environment, including operational constraints and multi-market complexity.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact retail projects in fast-paced, high-traffic environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English is required.
