What you will do

  • Partner with customers throughout the implementation journey, providing technical guidance and ensuring a smooth integration experience.
  • Design scalable integration solutions tailored to customers' technical architecture and business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration challenges by collaborating across engineering and product teams.
  • Validate and test integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and a seamless customer experience.
  • Act as the technical voice of the customer by sharing product feedback to influence future development.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer engineering teams as their primary technical advisor.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript and the ability to read and troubleshoot code.
  • Working knowledge of operating systems, databases, and modern web technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the EMEA region.
