What you will do

  • Prepare monthly Strategic People Metrics reporting and provide actionable people analytics for business decision-making.
  • Conduct monthly actual vs budget analysis for headcount and labor costs to ensure data accuracy.
  • Perform cost analyses combining headcount and organizational structure to identify key drivers and trends.
  • Monitor Inclusion & Equity KPIs and contribute to the Sustainability Report aligned with CSRD requirements.
  • Support the design and implementation of organizational projects to enhance overall effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in workforce planning, reporting, or a similar field.
  • Background in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
