What you will do

• Drive commercial growth for restaurant partners by delivering strategic, data-driven insights and consultation.
• Analyze partner performance to identify opportunities and implement measurable improvements.
• Re-negotiate commercial terms with key partners to strengthen long-term collaboration and value.
• Test and implement scalable solutions and efficient workflows for partner collaboration.
• Collaborate with Sales and Merchant Services teams to align goals and optimize feedback loops.
• Guide structured partner consultations and champion operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management or retail operations.
• Proven track record in driving commercial growth within retail or partner management environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in commercial term re-negotiation.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Merchant Services.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Iasi, Romania.
