What you will do

- Analyze CRM data and performance metrics to improve courier engagement and loyalty.
Requirements
- Senior-level professional experience in CRM management.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing or partner engagement strategies.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office.
