What you will do

  • Monitor real-time team performance, including KPIs, attendance, and case quality.
  • Optimize driver verification processes to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
  • Manage workload distribution and reassign tasks based on business priorities.
  • Analyze shift performance and prepare consolidated reports for leadership.
  • Mentor new team members and support their onboarding and professional development.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to report and resolve operational incidents.
