What you will do

• Perform deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of hirify.global security solutions in customer environments.
• Develop technical architecture diagrams and project documents, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
• Participate in architecture design workshops and scoping meetings to define project objectives and technical requirements.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions for customer staff on relevant hirify.global security solutions.
• Assist customers through the rollout, migration, and go-live phases for deployed security solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support, or administration.
• 3+ years of experience working with Network Security Products.
• Expertise in NGFW and at least two other technologies such as SIEM, SDN, Email Security, or Endpoint Security.
• Strong technical documentation and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or management discipline or equivalent experience.
• Location: Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
