What you will do

• Assist Field Service Engineers during on-site tool installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related equipment issues at customer sites.
• Conduct basic testing and calibration of high-tech machinery.
• Prepare field service reports and detailed technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide technical support and handle customer communication.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety compliance and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and troubleshooting.
• English: Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Penang, Malaysia.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites as required.
• Familiarity with MS Office and technical documentation.
