What you will do

• Oversee global HR systems architecture to ensure a scalable and secure ecosystem across all modules.
• Define design principles, data models, and integration standards to support organizational agility.
• Manage system changes, testing, and releases to ensure stability and continuous improvement.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation across global modules while respecting local needs.
• Lead end-to-end system and infrastructure projects aligned with the global HR technology roadmap.
• Act as a bridge between HR, IT, and vendors, translating business needs into practical technical solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR systems implementation and configuration, specifically SuccessFactors (objects, workflows, business rules).
• Strong IT background in system configuration and technical integrations.
• Experience managing HR technology architecture within large, complex multinational organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading integration projects across HR, Payroll, and Finance.
• Expertise in data governance and infrastructure optimization.
• Fluent in English
