What you will do

• Design short-form video templates and storytelling structures specifically for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Translate emerging cultural and platform trends into usable, customizable creative assets for millions of users.
• Build sequences, hooks, transitions, and story arcs that reflect actual platform behaviors.
• Collaborate with Content Studio, Product, and Editing/Video teams to maintain alignment and scalability.
• Participate in trend reviews and content forecasting to keep the product at the forefront of visual communication.
• Experiment with motion design and AI-assisted content creation tools.

Requirements

• Deep immersion in social platforms with a strong understanding of what content performs and why.
• Ability to convert complex platform trends into simple templates for non-expert users.
• Proficiency in video editing, motion design, and creative pacing.
• Expertise in mobile-first storytelling.
