TL;DR

Location: Worldwide (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite)

Salary: EUR 2,800 – 4,550 per month (gross)

What you will do

  • Conduct discovery sessions with HR stakeholders to identify process pain points and bottlenecks.
  • Design automation architecture, including tool selection, integration approach, and LLM strategy.
  • Develop end-to-end solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and workflow tools such as n8n or Make.
  • Build integrations between HRIS and adjacent systems like ATS, LMS, and ticketing tools.
  • Configure RAG pipelines, write prompts, and work with LLM provider APIs.
  • Produce technical documentation and coach internal team members to ensure solution sustainability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI automation engineering or software development.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic), prompting, and RAG.
  • Proficiency in Python and practical experience with workflow tools (n8n, Make, Zapier).
  • Proven track record of independently building automations from discovery to production.
  • Experience in HR or enterprise process automation.
  • English: Intermediate+ (B2) required.

Nice to have

  • Prior work with HRIS platforms, ATS, or LMS.
  • Exposure to multi-country or multi-language HR contexts.
