What you will do

• Build and maintain mobile infrastructure, tooling, and shared frameworks to improve engineering efficiency across the organization.
• Analyze and optimize application code at the UI and infrastructure layer, focusing on memory footprint, package size, startup time, and rendering performance.
• Design and develop reusable, scalable mobile components for use across iOS and Android platforms.
• Partner with product engineering teams to deliver infrastructure solutions and drive technical standards.
• Implement AI coding tools to accelerate infrastructure development and cross-translate solutions between iOS and Android.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging toolchain innovations to drive architectural improvements and release velocity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of native iOS or Android development experience, specifically in infrastructure, platform, or architecture.
• Deep expertise in Swift/Objective-C/C++ (iOS) or Kotlin/Java/Jetpack (Android), with the ability to contribute across both stacks.
• Proven experience optimizing app performance in high-scale production environments.
• Active use of AI tools in engineering workflows, including building AI-leveraged workflows and codifying agent skills.
• Deep understanding of design patterns, concurrency, and the mobile SDK layer for scalable components.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating independently across global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in a dedicated mobile architecture or infrastructure team.
• Hands-on experience with toolchain engineering or automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or other high-scale consumer app environments.
