What you will do

• Design and develop high-volume data ingestion pipelines and ETL/ELT solutions to integrate multiple enterprise systems.
• Build scalable backend microservices and RESTful APIs for data validation, transformation, and processing using Java.
• Optimize relational database structures, perform SQL performance tuning, and develop efficient indexing strategies.
• Integrate data across internal and external platforms, supporting identity governance (IGA) and privileged access management.
• Collaborate with architects and security teams in an Agile environment, participating in technical design reviews and code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering or Data Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java development and building enterprise-scale data ingestion frameworks.
• Advanced SQL skills, including data modeling and database performance tuning.
• Experience with GitHub and supporting CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Plano, TX (4 days per week).

Nice to have

• Integration experience with CyberArk and SailPoint.
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance (IGA).
• Experience with Data Warehousing and distributed systems.
• Background working within the Financial Services industry.
