What you will do

• Perform installation, upgrades, and provide technical support for KD products.
• Manage projects for the adoption of beta and evaluation products at customer sites.
• Collaborate with HQ and local Business Units to achieve strategic business goals.
• Maintain and optimize system environments to ensure high product performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Defect System Administration.
• Proficiency in MS Windows and UNIX/LINUX administration.
• Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes (K8s), and cloud environments.
• Programming skills in C, C#, Python, or Shell.
• Oracle database administration and PL/SQL knowledge.
• Ability to travel: 50% Domestic or 10-30% International.
