What you will do

• Manage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform to drive effective digital marketing campaigns.
• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions to enhance marketing efforts.
• Create and manage customer journey maps, email campaigns, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement marketing solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the SFMC platform.
• Assist in data integration to ensure accurate capture and utilization of customer data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or in a related role.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification(s).
• Proficiency in AMPscript, GTL, CSS, HTML, and SQL queries.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and experience with Agile tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
