What you will do

• Own the affiliate marketing channel and be accountable for achieving revenue, CAC, and ROAS targets.
• Develop and execute global growth strategies, recruiting and managing high-impact affiliate partnerships.
• Manage commercial performance, including annual planning, revenue forecasting, and budget allocation.
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers, content sites, and loyalty partners across the US and global markets.
• Design and execute testing initiatives to optimize promotional strategies and commission structures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Finance, and Creative teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate, performance, or partnership marketing.
• Proven track record of owning commercial KPIs such as revenue, CAC, and ROAS.
• Experience managing affiliate programs via platforms like Impact and Awin.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Experience in D2C, subscription, consumer technology, or health and wellness sectors.
• Commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks.
