What you will do

• Oversee ongoing IT projects and monitor their progress to ensure alignment with goals.
• Provide organizational support, including planning, coordination, and pacing.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality expectations.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate activities with the development team.
• Identify risks and blockers early to prevent impacts on delivery.
• Maintain transparency through detailed project status reporting for clients and teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading multiple IT projects, particularly platform rebuilds and website projects.
• Solid understanding of technology and development team workflows.
• Proven ability to organize teamwork and manage projects from the delivery side.
• Experience working directly with clients.
• Independence, maturity, and comfort operating in a flexible working mode.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
