What you will do
- Identify and create new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Engage potential clients through compelling communication and cold outreach.
- Schedule and manage follow-up meetings to maintain lead engagement.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and streamline sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic growth approaches.
- Monitor progress toward sales goals and provide feedback on outbound strategies to management.
Requirements
- Must have cold outreach experience (cold calling, emailing, etc.).
- Proficiency in Salesforce is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Entry-level role; prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong ability to handle objections confidently and solve problems effectively.
