What you will do

• Lead and build the company's weekly global shipping plan, aligning commercial demand with logistics capacity.
• Manage end-to-end international freight execution, from order creation and carrier booking to customs clearance and final delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key global accounts, ensuring premium service and shipment visibility.
• Oversee stock intake and inventory accuracy at European 3PL warehousing sites.
• Audit and approve vendor and customs invoices to optimize logistics spending.
• Analyze logistics cost KPIs and publish weekly shipment tracking reports.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in global shipping, international logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Priority, or Oracle and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with financial tracking and invoice reconciliation.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew.
• Experience coordinating with overseas 3PL providers or European hubs is a strong advantage.
