What you will do

  • Define customer segmentation strategies, value propositions, and end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Govern the contact strategy and lead customer feedback initiatives to resolve pain points.
  • Develop a portfolio of customer benefits, execute sell-out campaigns, and manage the Loyalty Program.
  • Lead relationship programs for large and indirect-sales farmers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Manage digital transformation projects within Customer Marketing to drive innovation and scalability.
  • Oversee channel incentive operations, including internal controls, audit compliance, and financial provisioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Economics, or a related field (MBA/Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, CRM, or Commercial Strategy.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven background in B2B, B2B2C, or agribusiness environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) for executive presentations and global stakeholder management.
  • Experience with CRM and loyalty platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot, or Emarsys.

Nice to have

  • Spanish language proficiency.
