Human Resources Consultant (HRBP)

TL;DR

Human Resources Consultant (HRBP): Providing strategic HR partnering to the Country Leader and leadership team in Ukraine to maximize organizational performance with an accent on employee relations, corporate culture, and change management. Focus on implementing Employee Relations strategies, managing HR vendors, and driving engagement and inclusion initiatives.

Location: Hybrid (Kyiv, Ukraine). Must be in the Kyiv office at least 2 to 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Provide direct consultative and strategic partnering to the Country Leader and leadership team in Ukraine to maximize organizational performance.
• Develop and implement Employee Relations strategies in alignment with regional and cluster HR goals.
• Drive corporate culture, champion engagement and inclusion, and manage change processes.
• Manage HR vendors, including payroll, medical and life insurance, and contractor agencies.
• Execute the Hire to Retire workflow, including support for talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Coordinate HR policies and processes with Regional HR Partners and Centers of Expertise.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HRBP in a multinational environment.
• University degree.
• Fluent English and Ukrainian (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in change management and developing organizational capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of local labor legislation and statutory requirements in Ukraine.
• Fundamental understanding of HRIS applications such as Workday or SAP.
