What you will do

• Develop and implement political strategies for public affairs across the Meso Andean region, with Mexico as the anchor market.
• Execute advocacy strategies focused on freedom to operate, product registrations, and trade policy.
• Monitor political and regulatory developments to identify emerging risks and support mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with government officials, regulators, and industry associations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, and R&D teams to integrate policy considerations into business decisions.
• Manage local G&IA resources and external consultants while ensuring compliance with anti-corruption standards.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or regulatory affairs.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Must be based in Mexico City.
• Deep understanding of the Mexican political and regulatory environment.
• Experience working in multinational companies or matrixed environments.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–30%.
