What you will do
- Build and lead a scalable People Operations function to support headcount growth across global locations.
- Design, implement, and optimize people processes covering the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Oversee the global shared service center to ensure high-quality and compliant HR service delivery.
- Develop key metrics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of People Operations programs.
- Partner with senior leaders, Finance, Legal, and HRBPs to align people strategies with business goals.
- Drive the adoption of new HR technologies and automation to simplify and scale operations.
Requirements
- Experience in a scale-up environment across multiple geographies.
- Proven track record of leading and transforming a shared service center team.
- Proficiency in change management and metrics reporting to measure success.
- Ability to manage granular details while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective.
- Must be based in Singapore
