Salary: $187,782 – $197,171 per year

What you will do

  • Plan and conduct the manufacturing and installation of flight test instrumentation hardware on experimental and production airplanes.
  • Lead the build and assembly integration process of the aircraft's flight test instrumentation system.
  • Collaborate with design engineering to develop installation and assembly planning.
  • Manage make/buy decisions for flight test hardware and harnesses while solving measurement challenges with vendors.
  • Develop documentation and processes for the procurement, installation, and checkout of instrumentation hardware.
  • Perform physical instrumentation installation and assembly work with a technician team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Lead, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar role.
  • Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft or prototype aircraft hardware and systems.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, SAP, or other planning software and configuration management processes.
  • Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided).
