What you will do

• Lead the design of the DevOps strategy and evolve cloud infrastructure optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop observability and detection capabilities to decrease time to discover problems and increase system stability.
• Build consensus across global DevOps teams to establish agreed standards for tools and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the company's next 10x growth phase.

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of professional experience as a DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineer.
• Hands-on proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Ansible, or Shell).
• Expertise in public cloud and managing large-scale Kubernetes (K8s) clusters.
• Deep experience with Istio service mesh, including traffic management and architecture.
• Experience in cost management, access management, and self-service platform development.
• Must be based in Singapore.
