What you will do

• Execute a high-impact federal strategy to architect policy frameworks for the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) industry.
• Cultivate influential partnerships across Capitol Hill, federal agencies (DOT, FAA), and the White House.
• Translate complex regulatory and policy shifts into actionable insights for global business strategy.
• Represent the company as a thought leader at premier D.C. events and member organizations.
• Develop high-stakes briefings and advocacy materials to simplify complex technologies for policymakers.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to bridge the gap between technology and policy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in policy, regulatory, or government affairs, ideally on Capitol Hill.
• Degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the federal landscape in transportation, aerospace, or emerging technology policy.
• Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into persuasive narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Washington, D.C.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
