What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end solution ownership: market definition → product roadmap → go-to-market execution.
  • Build a market-driven, prioritized product roadmap based on SMB needs, competitive landscape, and GTM requirements.
  • Ensure market-product alignment by translating local feedback and GTM needs into core product planning and communicating capabilities/constraints back to markets.
  • Lead solution & positioning: define value propositions, customer success metrics, customer stories, and sales enablement/use cases.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across core product, local market, marketing, and transversal teams to deliver on time.
  • Maintain roadmap governance by monitoring adoption, feedback, and competitive dynamics and adjusting priorities transparently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in payments, fintech, or financial services.
  • Experience with Terminals, Acquiring, or SMB market segments is preferred.
  • Strong market intelligence and competitive analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into roadmap decisions.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership experience coordinating core product, local market teams, digital sales, regional sales, and marketing.
  • Go-to-market and solution positioning experience, including value propositions, customer stories, and sales enablement materials.
  • Fluent/native English speaker.
