What you will do

• Own the Salesforce product strategy, roadmap, and weekly sprint priorities.
• Manage the technical Salesforce lead and delivery team, facilitating daily standups and sprint planning.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to ensure alignment with accounting and financial systems.
• Oversee release management, end-user testing, and feature roll-outs.
• Build reporting to track business operations and team delivery progress.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Charlotte, NC.
• 5+ years of experience in an Agile development environment.
• 3+ years of experience at a technology company or consulting firm.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce middleware (e.g., Boomi, Tray.io) and DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset).
• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, and Field Service Lightning.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
