What you will do
- Manage overall sales activities to generate new business and maintain existing accounts.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with hospital executive leadership.
- Lead internal teams to meet customer and strategic laboratory initiatives.
- Communicate the value of laboratory services to key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute specific account strategies in alignment with organizational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, medical technology, or sciences.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales or business management experience.
- Must be based in Minnesota and able to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship or F-1 STEM OPT extension.
- Commitment to a 2-year tenure in the role.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
