TL;DR
FP&A Manager (Financial Planning and Analysis): Own forecasting & analysis of P&L and cash flows for the Direct-to-Consumer business segment with an accent on annual planning, monthly actuals vs plan reviews, and scenario-based financial modeling. Focus on partnering with Consumer leadership to drive pricing, customer acquisition cost, unit economics, and margin improvement decisions while streamlining reporting processes and improving accuracy.

What you will do
- Manage the full FP&A process for the Direct-to-Consumer business, including annual planning, monthly re-forecasting, and monthly Actuals vs Plan reviews.
- Own cash flow forecasting and analysis for the Direct-to-Consumer segment.
- Partner with Consumer segment leadership to deliver insights that inform decision-making, pricing, and customer acquisition cost.
- Build financial models to support forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Evaluate consumer pricing, customer acquisition costs, unit economics, margin improvement opportunities, and growth initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting, increase accuracy, and reduce reporting cycle timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of FP&A experience with demonstrated ownership of forecasts, models, and performance reporting.
- Strong financial modeling skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with deep understanding of the macroeconomic landscape.
- Ability to proactively identify improvement opportunities across systems and processes and implement solutions.
- Based in Charlotte, NC (work from the Charlotte office).
