What you will do

• Lead and implement banking partnership strategies across the US and the Americas.
• Manage strategic relationships with key financial institutions, card schemes, and payment networks.
• Conduct market research to analyze the competitive landscape and identify new integration opportunities.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and project manage the onboarding of new partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external financial partners.
• Develop thought leadership within the payments and financial services industry.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with financial institutions, card schemes, and payment networks.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships in the payments or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of compliance and onboarding processes with global and regional banks.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, and Finance.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to navigate complex commercial discussions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

• Experience at a global, pre-IPO startup.
