What you will do

• Prioritize and scope projects based on creative task requests/briefs.
• Partner with Creative Directors and Senior Producers to identify creative team needs and content gaps.
• Draft and track timelines for the creative pipeline from kickoff through approvals, accessibility compliance, and final delivery.
• Manage production operations including booking crews, casting talent, coordinating location shoots, and ensuring delivery of final assets.
• Handle production paperwork such as purchase orders, invoices, releases, and related documentation.
• Stay current on social media trends, tools, and technologies for video/dynamic content and bring options to studio and clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of agency production experience.
• Strong line producing and production management skills for in-house productions.
• Knowledge of commercial and content production, including AICP/AICE bidding and budget management.
• Knowledge of post-production (editing, color, animation, and audio).
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with industry software and platforms (Mac OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Adobe Premiere and Creative Suite a plus).
