What you will do
- Prioritize and scope projects based on creative task requests/briefs.
- Partner with Creative Directors and Senior Producers to identify creative team needs and content gaps.
- Draft and track timelines for the creative pipeline from kickoff through approvals, accessibility compliance, and final delivery.
- Manage production operations including booking crews, casting talent, coordinating location shoots, and ensuring delivery of final assets.
- Handle production paperwork such as purchase orders, invoices, releases, and related documentation.
- Stay current on social media trends, tools, and technologies for video/dynamic content and bring options to studio and clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of agency production experience.
- Strong line producing and production management skills for in-house productions.
- Knowledge of commercial and content production, including AICP/AICE bidding and budget management.
- Knowledge of post-production (editing, color, animation, and audio).
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with industry software and platforms (Mac OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Adobe Premiere and Creative Suite a plus).
