What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of scalable platforms for ML model training and evaluation workflows.
• Own complex technical projects end-to-end, making key architectural decisions and technical trade-offs.
• Collaborate with partner teams to drive technical prioritization and ensure maximum system impact.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns while fostering team growth.
• Contribute to high-standard technical interviewing and recruiting efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems or advanced ML systems.
• Exceptional coding skills in Python or C++.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and MLOps practices.
• Expertise in building reliable, high-performance systems on modern cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record of designing robust frameworks with high-quality APIs.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed training methodologies and scaling across large GPU/CPU clusters.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with performance profiling and training optimization techniques.
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and build systems (Bazel, CMake).
