What you will do

• Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing backend and frontend services for the global compliance platform.
• Embed AI-assisted development into daily workflows to reduce lead time and increase deployment frequency.
• Design and evolve observable, resilient distributed systems and APIs using REST and GraphQL.
• Lead technical design discussions and mentor team members to raise engineering standards and execution rigor.
• Improve CI/CD pipeline effectiveness and infrastructure reliability using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Design AI-enabled product capabilities that automate workflows and enhance data processing intelligence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in senior-level roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET (C#) and React (TypeScript).
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems and APIs in production.
• Experience with AWS, cloud-native architectures, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools and techniques to improve engineering outcomes.
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration with global stakeholders.
