What you will do

• Provide participant-centered services to achieve successful program outcomes.
• Conduct vocational assessments including transferable skills and earnings capacity analyses.
• Collaborate with Rehabilitation Service Specialists to gather evidence for employment plans.
• Complete comprehensive, accurate, and timely reports based on objective evidence.
• Maintain case notes and respond promptly to participant or unit concerns.
• Meet monthly projected billable hours while adhering to program standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Kinesiology, Rehabilitation, or related field.
• Current designation as a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Services Professional (CVRP or CVRP-F).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct vocational rehabilitation services.
• Must be able to obtain federal security clearance (Reliability Status).
• Career Counsellors in Quebec must be registered with the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of local labour markets.
