What you will do

• Manage monthly email and SMS campaigns from briefing to execution, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Partner with the manager to optimize automated email and SMS journeys.
• Monitor and report on channel initiatives, providing weekly and monthly analytics insights.
• Serve as the primary liaison for agency partners, facilitating handoffs and reviewing deliverables.
• Own campaign QA processes, validating content, links, targeting, and tracking.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, and Content teams to develop channel-specific assets.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2+ years of experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle, email, SMS, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience utilizing Klaviyo for campaign execution, flows, and segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with D2C, subscription-based, health and wellness, or eCommerce businesses.
• Experience with Tableau or similar web analytics tools.
