What you will do

• Design and implement highly reliable services for transaction execution, state access, and smart contract interaction.
• Build and extend secure indexing and data processing pipelines using Temporal.
• Improve blockchain read/write resilience through RPC load balancing, failover strategies, and multiprovider redundancy.
• Own features from design through deployment, including documentation, testing, and observability.
• Partner with product, protocol, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver scalable onchain systems.
• Contribute to monitoring, incident response, and long-term maintenance of production services.

Requirements

• Experience building production backend systems in Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
• Experience with distributed systems, reliability engineering, or high-throughput backend services.
• Familiarity with Ethereum, EVM-based chains, smart contracts, or ERC-4337.
• Experience with event-driven systems, indexing pipelines, or workflow orchestration tools like Temporal.
• Strong debugging skills across service boundaries and blockchain infrastructure.
• Pragmatic approach to security, correctness, and operational excellence.
