Location: On-site in Bellevue, WA

Compensation: $26 – $30 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze lead lifecycle progression, qualification signals, and sales dispositions to understand funnel performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead management effectiveness through data and process analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to strengthen alignment and drive pipeline creation.
• Develop benchmark analyses to evaluate conversion performance across various marketing programs.
• Assess engagement patterns and lead scoring signals to optimize lead routing and lifecycle stages.

Requirements

• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university program (Bachelor's or Master's).
• Strong interest in business operations, analytics, or marketing operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about how AI is reshaping team collaboration and problem-solving.
