Salary: $72,500 - $121,800 annually + incentive compensation and equity.

What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Mid-Market Single Family Rental partners focusing on retention and revenue expansion.
- Build strategic relationships with executive stakeholders, economic buyers, and day-to-day operators.
- Develop tailored account strategies and success plans aligned with partner business objectives.
- Lead strategic business reviews to deepen product adoption and position as a critical growth partner.
- Identify expansion opportunities and navigate complex renewal processes and risk scenarios.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve partner issues and provide feedback to influence product and marketing improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outside B2B sales or managing complex accounts with multiple decision-makers.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
- Strong executive presence and ability to lead high-level business conversations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Google Analytics.
- Must be based in the USA and willing to travel up to 50%.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
