Strategic Account Executive 4 (SaaS): Leading relationships with growth and mid-market communications platform customers with an accent on protecting and growing revenue within regulated verticals. Focus on driving highly analytical and consultative sales cycles for large-scale, global, and compliance-heavy businesses.
Location: Remote (US). Not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC.
Salary: $132,192 - $183,600

What you will do
- Manage and expand key customer accounts within Regulated Verticals.
- Execute account strategies to consistently deliver revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, finance, support, and operations.
- Run disciplined, consultative sales cycles focusing on deep discovery and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 8+ years of total sales experience, with at least 3 years in major or strategic account sales.
- Expertise in managing quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth for large-scale enterprise customers.
- Must be based in the US (excluding the restricted states mentioned in location).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with telecom, CPaaS, SMS aggregators, or global communications platforms.
- Domain expertise in Fintech, DevOps, security, or investment banking.
- Proven experience selling Software, SaaS, or PaaS solutions.
