Salary: $110,500 - $176,000

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs from concept through launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineers to clarify technical requirements and establish execution milestones.
• Manage complex system dependencies across customer-facing applications and backend infrastructure.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs to drive effective mitigation strategies.
• Establish operational rigor through program reviews, metrics, and status reporting.
• Communicate progress and alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record leading multi-team, multi-system programs in high-growth environments.
• Strong technical fluency in distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud architectures.
• Ability to influence architecture discussions and understand system tradeoffs.
• Experience managing dependencies across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex concepts for executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling customer-facing products in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
• Background in healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated domains.
• Experience working on systems spanning customer-facing experiences and internal platforms.
