What you will do

• Own the end-to-end launch of new hirify.global services, from technology implementation to operational setup.
• Manage and optimize KPIs focusing on on-time performance, rider satisfaction, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and manage a frontline team of over 30 operators and drivers.
• Manage strategic relationships with public transit agency partners, local officials, and community stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in vehicle operations, maintenance protocols, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with product teams to influence the roadmap for new product offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in tech operations, startup expansion, or execution-focused consulting.
• Proven track record of implementing projects and running real-world operations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data and make logical business decisions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and a strong bias for action.
• Effective communicator experienced in managing diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Based in New York City or San Francisco.
• Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
