What you will do

• Design and develop Qualification Test Procedures based on customer and contractual requirements.
• Execute formal qualification testing and document results for customer approval.
• Manage the Engineering test lab, including equipment calibration and instrumentation.
• Coordinate and oversee external testing facilities, specifically for EMI compliance to MIL-STD-461.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from project inception to final delivery to ensure optimal performance.
• Review and improve test processes to enhance quality and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Associate degree in electrical engineering.
• 3-5 years of test-related experience with electrical or electromechanical systems.
• Practical experience with MIL-S-901, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-1399-300.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar schematic capture tools.
• Experience working with 480 VAC, 3-phase power systems.
• Must be able to work onsite in the lab and office environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with MIL-DTL-2212.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, controls, and Naval power systems.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks 3D modeling and basic PLC skills.
• Experience entering product structure data into ERP systems (e.g., Visual Manufacturing).
