What you will do

• Manage daily operations and lead the banking center in the absence of the Manager.
• Oversee operational processes and controls to maintain high quality and compliance standards.
• Supervise and mentor retail staff, conducting performance evaluations and training.
• Ensure adherence to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and other internal security policies.
• Collaborate on sales strategies and lead sales meetings to meet performance standards.
• Support customer service activities, including account opening and cash operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Henderson, TX.
• Minimum 2 years of retail banking experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
