Salary: $82,000 - $109,300 a year

What you will do

• Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) using Hexagon/PC-DMIS.
• Apply expert GD&T knowledge to ensure parts meet exacting customer requirements.
• Lead quality initiatives, troubleshoot measurement issues, and mentor junior staff.
• Perform statistical validation of process capability and conduct PFMEA and kaizen events.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Programme Management to ensure inspection readiness.
• Engage directly with customers regarding technical requirements and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, Metrology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in GD&T and CMM operation/programming.
• Familiarity with Quality System Standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to apply statistics to industrial practices.
• English: Fluent proficiency (read, write, speak) required.

Nice to have

• Experience in CNC machining, Sheet Metal, Injection Molding, or 3D printing environments.
• Proven track record of working with external customers and suppliers.
