TL;DR

Salary: $76,500 - $90,000

What you will do

  • Develop detailed project plans for new transitions, including scheduling, task assignment, and reporting.
  • Manage the procurement of equipment, tools, and hardware for new facilities.
  • Identify project risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement contingency plans.
  • Define and implement repeatable processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders and clients to finalize deliverables.
  • Ensure all transition processes comply with client quality standards and corporate policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of related work experience.
  • Proven experience in project planning for new site transitions.
  • Must be located anywhere in the US.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Asana.
  • CAPM or PMP certification.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
  • Experience in supply chain logistics or industrial maintenance.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams.
