TL;DR

Senior Solutions Consultant II (Marketing): Partner with the sales team to deliver AI-powered cross-channel marketing solutions on hirify.global’s agentic personalization platform, with an accent on pre-sales technical consultancy, solution scoping, and driving complex SaaS sales cycles. Focus on designing and demoing ecommerce and marketing automation use cases powered by Loomi AI, and translating client data and priorities into platform implementation plans.

Salary: $190,000-$240,000

What you will do

  • Act as a hirify.global platform and solutions expert in a pre-sales capacity to support the sales team.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations for prospects, customers, and partners focused on AI-powered cross-channel marketing experiences.
  • Partner with Account Executives across the sales cycle, including client discovery, product demos, RFPs, and sandbox/POCs.
  • Qualify, design, and demo solutions for ecommerce and cross-channel marketing campaigns, including technical implementation planning.
  • Run scoping meetings and map client data and use-case needs to platform capabilities.
  • Stay current on Loomi AI features and educate clients and partners on how to leverage related marketing automation apps.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in presales, preferably in SaaS or marketing.
  • Experience driving complex technical sales processes in SaaS/Martech/e-commerce/CDP.
  • Basic understanding of machine learning and AI, CDPs, marketing automation, and analytics.
  • Comfort presenting technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Industry experience in retail, e-commerce, marketplace, or D2C brands.
  • Development experience with HTML, CSS, and JS/web technologies; some proficiency with APIs and integrations.

Nice to have

  • Frontend programming and templating experience (e.g., Jinja, Liquid).
  • Experience with cross-channel marketing and personalization (email, SMS, onsite experiences).
