What you will do

• Conduct technical workshops and presentations for affiliate partners on B2B Rapid APIs.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex integration problems to propose effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams on pre-sales activities and product opportunities.
• Perform quality assurance testing on API sites prior to partner implementation.
• Apply AI tools to optimize integration processes and improve support efficiency.
• Provide practical guidance and best practices to technical teams at partner organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in coding or system integrations.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages including SQL.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database schema design.
• Must be able to work in Chicago, IL.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
