What you will do

• Translate global product priorities into tailored market plans to maximize engagement.
• Act as the primary publishing voice for the region in global product discussions.
• Lead integrated go-to-market plans including esports, creator activations, and community initiatives.
• Oversee large-scale budgets and make data-driven investment decisions.
• Build and align cross-disciplinary teams across publishing, esports, and commercial functions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in publishing, marketing, or product management.
• Proven track record leading high-impact, multi-market campaigns.
• Deep understanding of FPS gaming culture and the VALORANT community.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong budget ownership and ROI maximization experience.
• Ability to influence product direction through market insight.
